Disappearing into the veil of night
Wishing for light
Even though my moon shines bright
Piercing red orange and white
Glowing ball of frightening fire
Rises from the ground
Blinding me eyes
For a split second in time
All around neither black nor grey
But color displays and warmth
Melting the ice of years of cold blizzards of winters
Falling down on my knees then belly
Vibrant green grass creates a bed of comfort to last
Finally complete
I close my eyes to sleep sweetly
Among the bright new world of color and delight
I write all my poems with pure emotion
